We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team, based in our Head Office on the Chester Business Park. Recruitment experience is NOT essential.Full sector training will be provided along with the opportunity for careerprogression.

- Telemarketing of existing and potential clients to expand business
- Taking job requirements and visiting clients onsite to discuss requirements and company culture
- Creating clear job specifications for each role
- Working within a targeted environment to achieve monetary and service-quality goals

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Previous sales or customer service experience, gained within a targeted environment - office-based, retail, promotions, hospitality, etc
- Enthusiasm, ambition and you must be genuinely target-driven with the discipline to meet both activity and revenue targets
- An organised way of working, able to manage several key projects/tasks at one time to meet strict deadlines
- PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and inhouse database systems
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, face to face and over the phone
