Job Title: Customer Support and Sales Advisor Location: Chester - office based Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Responsibilities: Call and maintain a diary of pubs/licensees to process their drinks orders. Sell key brands into our pubs to ensure the best product range for customers. Drive licensee engagement with our online ordering platform. Handle incoming calls and digital communications from licensees, colleagues, and suppliers. Provide a friendly and professional front-line contact service. Manage tasks related to the drinks supply service. Flexibility to cover other department tasks or assist as required. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support and Sales Advisor to join their dynamic CS&S team. As a member of their team, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing sales income for their estate of tenanted and leased pubs. Your primary responsibilities will involve communicating with licensees, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Requirements: Demonstrates professionalism and multitasking skills. Maintains a positive attitude even in challenging situations. Excellent time management and effective communication skills. Polite and confident telephone manner. Willingness to go the extra mile for customers, colleagues, and their team. Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset. Tenacious in seeing tasks through to completion. Proficiency in using Excel. Working Arrangements: Location: This position is based at our client's head office. Hours of Work: CS&S operates from 7.45 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating shift schedule ("early, standard, late"). Flexibility is required to cover these shifts. The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days, and you will be required to work a share of bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
