Customer Services Advisor Location: Chester, England, United Kingdom Base Pay Range B2B: Age 21+ £12.41 per hour Under 21 £10.20 per hour Responsibilities Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, providing a wide range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing. Deliver market‑leading standards of customer service and support sales activities. Use practical problem‑solving skills to work quickly and efficiently, tailoring the approach to a customer‑focused sales environment. Co‑operate with colleagues and contribute to training and continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment. Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs. Problem‑solving skills. Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends. Preferred Skills (not essential) Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair. Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
