**Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager
Home Based Role with occasional travel to site**
**£50,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Excellent benefits**
Irwin & Colton are pleased to have been engaged by a leading UK's real estate company to identify a new **Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager**. The organisation specialise across a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. This role will manage a small team and will be responsible for improving health and safety standardsacross the organisation, as well as facilitating audits and ensuring accreditations to relevant management systems are maintained.
**Responsibilities of the Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager will include**:
- Improving the health and safety culture and ensuring best practice across the organisation
- Ensuring accreditations to relevant ISO systems are maintained (ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001) and reviewing internal procedures
- Engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally and acting as a key point of contact for all matters of health and safety
- Supporting the wider team in the development and delivery of the strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety function internally and externally.
- Being responsible for and overseeing both internal and external audit procedures
**The successful Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager will have**:
- NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of professional body (e.g., Graduate Member or Chartered of IOSH)
- Proven experience in a similar role within health and safety, ideally from a property or FM background
- Experience influencing and engaging key stakeholders at all levels within a large property portfolio environment
- Proven understanding of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14,001 and 45001)
