Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager will include:
Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate and implement health and safety policies across the organisation.
Advise project teams and engineers on the day-to-day application of the UK health and safety management system, ensuring compliance and reporting against key metrics.
Act as a key point of contact for third-party organisations, including contractors, clients, and enforcement agencies.
Prepare and present HSE reports to the senior management team.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the health and safety strategy. The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar role within utilities, fit-out, refurbishment, or mechanical & electrical sectors.
A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
