Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate and implement health and safety policies across the organisation. Advise project teams and engineers on the day-to-day application of the UK health and safety management system, ensuring compliance and reporting against key metrics. Act as a key point of for third-party organisations, including contractors, clients, and enforcement agencies. Prepare and present HSE reports to the senior management team. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the health and safety strategy. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within utilities, fit-out, refurbishment, or mechanical & electrical sectors. A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent). The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong technical knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, compliance, and regulations.
