**Purchase Ledger Controller**

**Salary**: Negotiable (DOE)

**Location**: Wythall, Birmingham

**Hours: **37.5 hours per week (Core Hours Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance Team for a Purchase Ledger Controller. This role would suit a forward thinking person to be part of a dynamic team and will need to be enthusiastic, inspirational, approachable and analytical with anability to communicate at all levels.

The successful applicant will have the complete management of the client purchase ledger for a given portfolio of homes.

**Duties will include:

- **
- Processing supplier invoices, including coding and data entry to the accounts system
- Payment runs in line with our customers deadlines and policies
- Matching purchase orders against invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensure supplies are not interrupted.
- Obtain monthly utility readings
- Responsible for new homes and sold/closed homes purchase ledger process
- Resolve aged open purchase order
- Purchase ledger administration - Scanning, photocopying, filing, archiving

A minimum of one years’ experience is essential.Sector specific knowledge would also be advantageous.
