**Purpose**

We are growing fast, and as a result we have a new position to fill in our Administration Department.

Organisation, administration and professionalism are key.

The role involves tracking and recording sales from supplier reports.

Working with suppliers to resolve report queries. You must have excellent attention to detail and accurate with data entry. Be able to multitask without compromising on accuracy. Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.

Must work well within a team and have great organisational skills

**Key Areas of the role include**:

- Data input into our database, and updating excel spreadsheets
- Analyse data for errors and correcting those.

Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.

Collecting information from Suppliers.
- Manage activity in CRM.
- Capturing data using a variety of software.
- General administration tasks

Problem solving

**Preferred skills will include**:

- Self-Motivated and driven
- Work on your own initiative and part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including
- Excel, Word, Outlook & Power point
- Excellent communication skills
- Handle pressure of deadlines

**Job Type: 22.5 hours per week. 12 month contract, could lead to permanent.**
