**Overview**

Graphic Business Forms are seeking an Accounts / Administration Clerk to work part time within their Market Harborough Head office, to join their growing team. The role involves processing and managing incoming invoices and generating customer invoices.

Ensuring these are precisely entered within the relevant database, along with general office administrative and assisting existing Account Managers.

Duties will include requesting, collating and filing of samples and invoices

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and processing supplier and customer invoices
- Dealing with any invoicing queries or disputes
- Requesting POD's
- Other relevant accounting duties
- Providing administrative support to the team of existing account managers

**Experience / Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good I.T Knowledge (Microsoft packages Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Be able to prioritise and manage own personal workload and meet deadlines
- Good communication and written skills

Pay: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
