We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to play an essential role in providing an effective and professional service to all our Marlowe Fire & Security customers, acting as a single point of contact for our Portal Customers & their allocated National Account Customers whilst providing excellent Customer Service as an administrative support to all our accounts.
**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Working closely with customers and National Account Managers to meet customer expectations.
- Attending meetings with key clients to enhance working relationships and create a mutual understanding of how we work.
- Monitoring customer portals in real time to ensure all job requests are raised and reflected on the portal within a targeted time frame.
- Keeping customers fully updated at all times and confirming when requests have been actioned.
- Liaising with all internal teams to ensure effective responses to customers and work is completed within SLA.
- Escalating any potential risks to the business to the Customer Support Lead and Customer Service Manager.
- Costing and closing all jobs for invoicing in accordance with customer requirements.
- Processing orders to ensure all work is carried out and the invoice is created.
- Management of customer queries and complaints through to competition.
**About you**:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, busy team environment.
- Experience working on customer portals (essential)
- Previously worked within the Fire & Security industry (desirable)
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively resolve customer queries.
- Excellent administration and computers skills, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous experience working to deadlines, KPIs and meeting SLAs.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple prioritise with a structured approach.
- Excellent organisation, time management and administration skills.
- Demonstrable experience working within a fast paced and busy environment.

**Additional Info**:
Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm**.**
