You will be working on behalf of a well-known charity specialising in a fantastic fundraising event The Customer Care Coordinator reports directly into the Team Manager, who in turn reports into the Client Service and Development Director and will havevarious support from colleagues nearby which will always be on hand.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage personal workflow
- Troubleshoot issues
- Answer customer questions based on FAQ/knowledge base material provided
- Escalate issues or problems to Team Manager
- Moderate feedback from customers on client’s website and 3rd party portals

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written skills are essential
- Professional and emotionally resilient
- A natural multitasker
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

£9.75 per hour plus Bonus. On target earnings (OTE) of £22,680 per annum

Bonus Uncapped - Typical bonus of £200 per month

40 paid hours per week on a shift rota basis

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am till 8pm and 9am till 5pm on Saturday and Sunday’s
