Rev Up Brands is looking for a new member to join our busy Procurement Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the Procurement team in a wide range of workstreams.

- Raise purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring quantities and prices are correct and agreeing on lead times
- Approve purchase invoices for accuracy, raising and resolving queries promptly with suppliers for and on behalf of procurement and goods in
- Develop and sustain good relationships with all key points of contact, with a focus on suppliers.
- Manage suppliers to ensure agreed lead times are adhered to.
- Liaise with suppliers for regular updates concerning purchase orders, new developments and promotional activities.
- Track competitor promotional activities, pricing and product developments.
- Overall administrative support for the procurement department as and when duties are assigned.
- Support for PRM team with development projects.
- Assist PRM team with research and gather data on competitors, the market, and the industry.
- Support PRM team with compliance workstreams.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A-Level or equivalent Qualification
- Proven administration skills
- Excellent numeracy
- IT literate particularly MS programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work on tight time scales
- Knowledge of the dance industry and products would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Strong communicator
- Works well under pressure
