This role will support the growth of our client base and will involve managing the assignment of both planned and reactive works to our supply chain partners. It will ensure all tasks are allocated in accordance with established internal procedures and will act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors. Base Pay Range Competitive starting salary based on skills and experience. What You Will Be Responsible For Collaborate with the Supply Chain Champion and Manager to review current procedures and continually enhance business results. Maintain data accuracy and support both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive performance statistics. Check compliance dates with relevant client third‑party systems, ensuring alignment with PPM planners. Ensure PPMs and reactive jobs are assigned, dispatched, and acknowledged by subcontractors and track performance against KPIs such as response time, resolution, first‑time fix rate and recalls. Develop a thorough understanding of the subcontractor portal and resolve portal‑related issues. Coordinate with the permits team to meet access requirements when needed. Attend client meetings, team discussions and other sessions as required. Collaborate with our CRT to progress jobs to completion and submit proper evidence for confirmation. Support initiatives to enhance subcontractor efficiency, compliance and service quality. Identify and suggest process improvements based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback. What We Are Looking For Proficient basic written communication and numerical analysis. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with operational functions and foundational knowledge of service delivery processes. Understanding of expectations, deadlines and targets for internal and external stakeholders. Solid knowledge of CAFM systems and helpdesk procedures. Strong administrative skills and effective teamwork. Experience collaborating with both external and internal clients. Proven problem‑solving abilities. Well‑versed in general engineering principles. The Package Competitive starting salary. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
