Our Theale based client has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service / Order Administrator to join their successful and growing business on a permanent basis. The customer service team delivers an efficient and consistent service from start to finishso we are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced person.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Receive incoming calls from customers and respond accordingly
- Process orders accurately to achieve the highest levels of customer service and minimise errors.
- Produce quotations as required and endeavour to enhance spend.
- Update system consistently and accurately with all relevant information.
- Utilise all marketing literature with the primary objective of winning business.
- Always propose alternative products to avoid back orders.
- Manage the communication of back orders to customers.
- Always endeavour to create a positive attitude internally and externally.
- Support Service and Admin Team whenever additional resource is required.
**Experience required**:
- Previous of experience of working within a customer service environment
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise busy workload
**Please note this is an office based position
