Our prestigious client based in Theale are looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team. The role will involve providing quotes to customers, processing invoices and co-ordinating with engineers to arrange installationof equipment.

**The Role**
- Deal with all customer issues/ queries/ requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
- Working closely with the third-party installers and suppliers to ensure the customers' expectations are met
- Maintaining the database with regular updates
- Maintaining customer systems/portals with regular updates to ensure customers are advised on the order progress/completion
- Manage out of stock items by communicating with Stock control/suppliers, and advising customer accordingly
- Ensure invoices are processed and where relevant sent to the customer in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
- Accurately process orders on the system
- Accurately process quotes on the customers systems

**The Person**
- Previous of experience of working within a customer service environment
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise busy workload
