Our client based in Theale are looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team. With a key focus on customer service and proactively managing all aspects of administration and reporting within the sector.

**The Role**
- Input incoming warranty call-out requests into a specialist system and log with appropriate contractor
- Progress chase jobs ensuring contractors are meeting agreed SLA's
- Working closely with Heavy equipment supply team in order to deal with all customer issues/ queries/ and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
- Ensuring quotes for repairs are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner and dealing with service invoices
- General administration duties as required to assist the department
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved

**The Person**
- Previous office admin or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a view to maintaining effective working relationships
- The ability to plan, prepare, organise, and implement projects for successful completion.
- Ability to be able to communicate confidently with key customers.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new working environments and concepts
- To be successful in this role you will need previous customer service experience gained within a fast-paced environment
- Use of initiative to ensure tasks are completed. Supportive of manager and wider team goals and objectives.
