Opportunity to join a super brand within their Customer Service team based in Langley, Berkshire. This client offers superb opportunities for career growth and development.

This is a 3-5 month contract therefore you will need to be available to start immediately.

This would be ideal for anyone who has experience within retail customer services and or has an interest in fashion and beauty. You will be part of a small customer service team who are responsible for processing orders and delivering excellent customer service, reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager.

Key duties include:

- Receiving and making calls to existing customers and placing orders onto the system
- Upselling and cross-selling on any promotional items and stock
- Ensuring all web and call orders and processed accurately and within same day response times
- Assisting the customer with any order related issues or enquiries including late delivery and/or damaged stock
- Sales administration - uploading invoices, raising credit notes etc
- Ensuring accurate entry of notes on the system
- Processing online orders
- Liaising with internal departments including stock department, Warehouse and Accounts.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has gained experience within Retail/hospitality and/or the beauty industry and is looking to take their experience and customer service skills to the next level and move into an office based position within a global business that offers excellent career development.
The hours are Monday to Friday so if you are in retail/hospitality or beauty you will also move away from those pesky weekend shifts
