This is a permanent PHP Back-end development role, paying £30-35k per annum, based in Richmond.
This will be a hybrid role
- ideally if someone was able to come in at least 2 days a week in office, and three from home that would be great. We're based in Richmond, West London
**The Role**:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Back End Developer with 2+ years of commercial software development experience - ideally you would know Laraval, or be happy to move to it.
The role includes working with a diverse range of projects for different clients, using modern methodologies and frameworks to achieve the best possible product while ensuring the codebase is reusable and flexible should you need to make additions to the sameproject over the coming months or years.
- You will be involved in daily stand ups with the development and project management teams and will work closely with the back-end and front-end teams.
- You will be working alongside project managers to provide timelines for projects and confirming scope of work for new projects.
- As we are a diverse agency there will be many opportunities to branch out into different areas of web development.
- Sound knowledge of PHP (ideally Laravel but we're open), Eloquent and SQL
- Production experience with Laravel and Eloquent.
- Confident working with Git
- 2+ years professional experience

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working within an agile team
- Experience using Python
- Experience with Elasticsearch or Sphinx
- Experience with test driven development
