Business Development & Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities and qualities**
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and

Customer Relationship activities.
- Provide market feedback to the General Manager regarding competitive offerings, prospect

needs and generate new business development ideas.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
- Implementing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and win new business through communicating, meeting, and networking.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new business.Excellent presentation skills, good communicator both internally and externally.
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their needs and requirements.
- Work with client prospects on helping to solve their strategic challenges through activation
- Demonstrate sound strategic understanding
- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.
- High energy, problem-solving, self-starter, targets, and results orientated, proactive individual with a high sense of urgency.
- Be positive, a motivator, and a leader in generating new business.
- Demonstrates a high degree of poise, patience, and flexibility.
- Working closely with our project team to upsell and cross-sell whenever possible to use existing clients.
- To work, collaborate and coordinate with our Corporate and Regional Marketing Teams in joint marketing and business development.
- Able to work successfully and efficiently with mínimal supervision, yet seeks and takes direction appropriately.
- Possesses a track record of consistently conducting himself/herself in a transparent and ethical manner with the highest degree of integrity.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrates a commitment to further expanding knowledge base to drive change.
