IT Manager

The IT Manager's overall responsibility is to lead, organise, manage, and evaluate the IT requirements of the business. In a fast paced and changing environment, any applicant will be expected to be comfortable taking sole responsibility for the businesses IT requirements with the view to building a team over time and will have the skills to manage, direct, and coach both direct and indirect reports.

This is a hands on role with overall responsibility for all IT within the business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Leading on IT Projects, including implementing new systems including Despatch software & MRP
- Implementing appropriate Data, Software and Asset security protocols to ensure that the IT infrastructure is secure and robust
- Building and implementing IT policies appropriate for OMNI channel retailer and manufacturer
- Point person within the organisation for IT support queries & their resolution
- Working with HR to ensure smooth Onboarding of new starters in terms of Hardware, Software & Training
- Manage the CAPEX budget for IT and Software
- Responsible for advising on new software solutions and taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development of the company's systems & processes
- Manage and evaluate IT risks including security and business continuity
- Development of IT Strategic Plan to support growth of the business
- Building an IT support team as the business scales

Must have:

- Minimum 3 years within a growing business as IT Manager or similar level of responsibility
- Must have experience working in growth and change environment.
- Prior experience of software, ERP or accounting solution implementation (end to end)
