**A day in the life of a Dispatch Manager**

As an experienced Dispatch Manager for Euro Car Parts you are responsible for providing an efficient and effective delivery proposition along with, recruiting, coaching and developing a team of drivers. Youaretaskedwithbeingresponsibleforensuringallcustomerdeliveriesareprocessed,dispatchedandmeetthecustomerservicelevelagreements(SLA)inplaceforeachaccount.You will have the ability to influence and promote Health and Safety, best practice and be an ambassador of branch operational standards that link directly to our company values.You will be a member of the management team reporting into the Operations Manager.

**Dispatch Manger What we expect**:

- Strong communication with experience of managing a large team
- Experience of delivering daily team briefings, reviews, training recruitment performance management
- Working too & delivering Service Level Agreements across off deliveries
- Experience of promote Health and Safety, leading by example
- The ability to contribute and review to effective Branch routing and Territory management
- Experience of resource management including absence management and holiday management and workingto a budget.
- Experience of recruiting and on-boarding new colleagues.
- Monitor, discuss and record all vehicle tracker and drivers scores on a daily,weeklyandmonthlybasis,discussingtheresults withthedriverstoencourageresponsibledriving, taking any necessary action in line with company policies and procedures when required.- Target driven individual with a strong work ethic
