The Head of Compliance has created this new role with an eye on succession planning for themselves as well, meaning this could represent a fantastic opportunity for you to progress your career even further.
You’ll ensure the proportionate and ongoing implementation of FCA principles, rules, finalised guidance and other expectations relating to Consumer Duty. You’ll ensure all relevant processes are designed and operated in a way compatible with Principle 12, the cross-cutting rules and require Consumer Duty outcomes.
In addition, you’ll produce and distribute MI to demonstrate compliance with Consumer Duty and delivery of all related outcomes and objectives.
The client is based in Croydon and operates a hybrid working model (50/50 split between home and the office).
