**Office Receptionist**
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive **Office Receptionist** to join our team at our **Henley-on-Thames** office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
**Hours**: 30 hours per week
**Salary**: £1,500 gross per month
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with some flexibility to accommodate school runs)
**Type**: In-office position
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
- Scanning and filing incoming post
- Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
- Supporting with small administrative tasks as required
- Printing training manuals
- Ordering weekly office supplies and essentials, and organising them upon arrival
- Assisting with preparing hot drinks for Directors and Managers

- A warm, professional manner with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Basic computer and office equipment knowledge (printing, scanning, filing)
- Reliable, punctual, and happy to support a variety of small tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time well
