**Hours**: Various days Monday to Sunday between 8.00am until 6.00pm

**Pay Rate**:£10.00 per hour

**Location**: Stoke On Trent

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an articulate and well-presented individual to be appointed as a Casual Receptionist / Welcome Host for one of our clients based in the Stoke On Trent area.

You will be required to provide organised front of house support within a prestigious showroom and play an integral part of the team. Within this position you will be the first point of call for customers therefore it is imperative that you are polite andmost importantly create a brilliant first impression. This role will be an ongoing ad-hoc temporary commitment to cover staff annual leave / absences.

Role and Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers / visitors
- Taking inbound telephone calls and re-directing calls
- Light administrative tasks

Skills / Requirements
- Previous experience of working customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills - confident to meet new people on a daily basis
- Customer-orientated approach
