**People and Culture/HR Support**
- Place adverts for recruitment for all areas of the business including national locations
- Support new starter inductions and all associated starter paperwork
- Maintain and develop efficient office, administrative and information management systems and processes to ensure the smooth running and continual efficiencies of the team at all times
- Provide timely and accurate management information as required including but not limited to absence information and annual leave information
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Manage own workload effectively and assess priorities to meet conflicting deadlines, often at short notice
- Processing of invoices (including raising purchase orders (PO) using the invoice processing system
- Management of employee records using our HR system i.e. processing new starters, processing leavers, completing job change requests for the team
- Communicate with the Payroll team
- Process all values awards using the appropriate system
- Assigning training as advised
- Maintain training records
- Update all notice boards, both paper and electronic
- Organise small internal events
- Work alongside the team to encourage employee engagement and foster a positive culture
- Take appropriate actions to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained

**Health, Safety, Facilities and Compliance**
- Maintain filing systems
- Assigning training as advised
- Maintain training records
- Monitor and escalate non conformances in agreed timescales
- Distribute information to teams and monitor returns (for example Tool Box Talks)
- Order and maintain facilities related stock

**Community Engagement**
- Any adhoc duties as and when required.
