Key Responsibilities:

- Invoice Management: Utilise Xero to manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Communication: Make and receive phone calls with professionalism, ensuring tasks are completed and follow-ups are conducted without taking no for an answer.
- Project Management: Quickly switch between various projects and industries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Technology Proficiency: Be comfortable with various forms of technology and software tools to support daily tasks and project management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using Xero for invoice management (not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to maintaining a respectful and non-toxic work environment.
