Job Description - Administration Assistant

We are a manufacturer and distributor of filled bedding and associated products. With over 70 years experience in our sector, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality and customer service.

Duties / responsibilities
- Printing & updating orders on customer I.T. systems
- Matching up orders with relevant paperwork & distributing to factory/warehouse
- Answering the telephone & directing calls
- General administration
- Availability to work 6am - 2pm Mon - Fri

Qualities / Skills Required
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Reliability and integrity
- Ability to work under own Initiative
- Positive ‘can do attitude’
- IT skills - Exel, Outlook, Word
