1. To work with the management team to ensure the safe, effective day to day running of the home.

2. To administer medication adhering to the Homes policy and procedures.

3. To provide personal care, maintaining privacy and dignity at all times.

4. To develop and review person centred care plans for the residents

5. To work closely and maintain good effective relationships with multi disciplinary teams

6. To effectively manage the staff teams to provide a high level of care and lead by example

7. To ensure safe guarding is maintained and policies followed

Previous experience is very desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
