Position Requirements:
This role requires a passionate product manager to lead our Video Streaming Development.

This role is key to the evolution of the business and reflects the modern-day challenges IMG faces as a market leader in the digital technology space:

- Be a key contributor in the development of the master product plan for Video Streaming
- Possess a solid technical understanding of how streaming platforms work and be able to help with problem solving and writing concise tickets alongside the development teams
- Assist the commercial sales teams to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies underpinned by a product roadmap that prioritises customer and market requirements
- Be an integral part of the customer feedback loop in being able to transform customer needs into product solutions and enhancements with a high commercial return
- Understand current technology trends and the ‘art of the possible’ to ensure our Product is ready for the Future industry requirements
- Maintain a close working relationship with the technology division to shape and manage the timelines, budgets and commercial outcomes related to all products within the Division
- Comprehensively capture all business requirements and provide detailed product specifications to ensure the successful delivery
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, business operations and technology teams
- Produce timely and accurate reporting and documentation as required
- Extensive years as product lead for a reputable OTT/streaming platform
- Proven experience in designing new streaming features capable of increasing engagement
- Strong analytical skills to help validate and support your decision making
- Experience working with either bookmaker or media publisher video platforms desirable
- Able to solve both simple and complex problems in a measured and creative way
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the business
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and motivate others
- Excellent oral communication, presentation and networking skills
