Account Executive, Img Arena

**Job Description**:
**Contract Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work directly with the US team in managing a broad customer account base
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing accounts and work with sales team to deliver
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Handle all collection and generation of monthly and quarterly reports from customers
- Work in conjunction with rights acquisition team to identify new opportunities for sports acquisitions
- Work with Operations team to ensure delivery of content in-line with contractual agreements
- Forecasts and track client account metrics, preparing reports where required
- Manage projects within client accounts such as technology updates or legal/contractual alterations. Ensure timely implementation
- In conjunction with management, put in place and develop a robust client account management structure
- Ongoing management of CRM system, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure that relevant information is available and up to date
- Engage and suggest any new initiatives to inform and gather feedback from customer base
- Work with marketing to identify appropriate campaigns for your regions/client accounts
- Build up a robust knowledge of all products IMG Arena provide

**Required Qualifications**:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about sport
- Experience/ability to manage multiple tasks across a diverse base of customers
- Proficient in using excel to produce detailed reports
- Can present and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinker
- Commercially minded and not afraid to explore or suggest new opportunities for revenue growth
- Diligent and organized with a high attention to detail
- Proven track record of building good working relationships with key stakeholders
- ‘Gatherer Mentality’
- Knowledge and experience of working across the sports rights
- Ability to work with various technologies
- Experience in betting and gaming would be an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written) skills
- Highly developed commercial acumen
- Fluent in English

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a permanent position.
- This role is based in Chiswick Park.
- Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
