Junior Delivery Operations, Img Arena

**Job Description**:

- Contract Summary
- This role requires a passionate, adaptable Delivery Operations Analyst who builds great working relationships with different stakeholders whilst supporting teams to get projects and programmes over the line.
- This role is key to enabling our project delivery and will work in partnership with the Delivery Operations team to:

- Key Accountabilities:

- Build and maintain the enterprise roadmap with input from Project Leaders
- Identify and report delays to the critical path
- Support implementation of delivery mechanisms, planning standards and guidelines
- Coordinate project reporting driving quality and completeness with delivery teams
- Aggregate and summarise reporting on projects within the portfolio to support governance meetings including elements of RAID management
- Support with the preparation and facilitation of cross organisational workshops (such as quarterly planning)
- Operate (and support ongoing improvements of) processes and controls that ensure delivery of projects on time, budget and quality, whilst delivering innovation in our products
- Increase automation and simplification of operational processes using technology such as webtools/apps excel etc
- Learn and understand new technologies and concepts quickly
- Execute process review and improvement work outside of the Delivery function
- Handle competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Build and maintain a good relationship with key client staff and partners to ensure aligned and successful outcomes
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, business operations, technology teams and other parts of the IMG Arena organisation.
- Support peers and team members across the Delivery function as required by the demands of the business - this may include performing some Delivery Lead tasks.
- Required Qualifications:

- You are able to build relationships and can communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- You can sort through large volumes of data and draw out the most important points for a programme of work
- You are willing to assist others where and when needed to progress urgent tasks and deliverables
- You see the big picture and anticipate the gaps and questions to be asked providing proactive approaches to close them
- You take ownership and consistently deliver against what is agreed
- Experience in the media, sports or gaming industries
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- You are a highly analytical, self-motivated multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- You have excellent verbal and written skills, able to translate results into a clear presentation of status and opportunity
- You have strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
- English speaker to business level
- Languages other than English to business fluent level
- Change management qualifications
- Agile delivery methodology certification such as SCRUM practitioner
- Project / programme delivery certification
- A passion for sports and sports tech
- Working Conditions:

- This is a permanent position.
- The location is Chiswick Park, London
- Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the business schedule
