Aramark Northern Europe are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join the team in our Belfast Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to expand their own skills/knowledge and be part of a fantastic team in a multi site, fast paced and well-established organisation.
**Scope of the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the business by being first point of contact for and contributing to the resolution of day to day HR queries.
- Undertake administrative activities linked to the employee lifecycle (new starts, internal movers and leavers) e.g. preparation of offer/starter packs, liaising with HR Shared Services as appropriate. Considerable involvement in mobilisation and demobilisation of client contracts in line with TUPE regulations
- Working with members of the HR Team on various business-related projects and in line with objectives set.
- Recording, organising and maintaining the administration of HR activities and data in a structured, efficient, effective and confidential manner.
- Advising on first line queries whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, best HR practice and current employment legislation. Take responsibility for own development.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and training course presentations and materials.
- Management of Christmas Vouchers process and co-ordination of any social/employee appreciation events.
- Promoting a professional image of the HR team at all times maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Active participation in discussions and present when necessary at HR team meetings
- General Administration as required is an integral part of the role eg letters, occasionally taking minutes of meetings involving HR issues, collating and tracking information to comply with client contract requirements
- Encourage and promote the sharing of information and key learning across the HR function
- Drive improvement in people management capability across the business through both delivery of HR training and advice. To bring structure and support in the management of disciplinary, grievance, absence, restructures to minimise risk to the business.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
- Complete and analyse the Equality Commission Monitoring Return on an annual basis and Article 55 Review on a 3-yearly basis.
- Champions the value of HR and educates the business on the advantages that the function can contribute
**Note: Due to the nature of the business additional duties may be assigned from time to time.**
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- An HR qualification or working towards one which is accredited by CIPD
- Problem solving and solution orientated
- Have a sound working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and experience of organising and maintaining shared drives
- Previous experience of HR systems an advantage e.g. iTrent, SAP, PAMS, My Worklife
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Data Management Experience
- Highly organised and good time management
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Team Player and flexible to support peers and colleagues in the wider business and HR Team.
- Experience of managing TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) would be desirable but not essential.
