Overview Belcan Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom — HR & Payroll Administrator (2 positions, 12-month fixed term contract) Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Belfast. The client is offering up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella. The role is Inside IR35 and on-site in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The estimated start date is 1 October 2025. About the role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and payroll administration? Our client are recruiting for two HR & Payroll Administrators to support a dynamic team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience or a recent graduate looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet). Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime. Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries. Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR. Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing. Administer various leave types and resolve system errors. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and verification. Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written skills. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving system/data issues. Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
