HR and Payroll AdministratorBelfast 10-month Contract - Hybrid £21.30 per hour - Umbrella ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and a solid understanding of HR and payroll administration processes. The Role: Administer and maintain the company's time and attendance system, utilising Google Appsheet. Ensure the accurate and timely entry of employee hours, overtime, sick leave, holidays, and other leave types. Act as the first point of contact for all time and attendance-related queries from employees, managers and HR, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc time and attendance reports for payroll processing, management review, and HR analysis. Manage the weekly and monthly data upload files and enter any manual adjustments/entries as required. Completion of payroll input sheet, new hire forms and as required, various HR Administration forms. Manage the administration of all leave types, including annual leave, sick leave, parental leave, and other authorised absences. Resolve any error / warning messages generated in the Time & Attendance appsheet thereby ensuring accuracy of data. Requirements: Experience working in a similar HR or payroll administration role. Ability to adapt to fast-paced change whilst maintaining personal resilience and can-do attitude Strong proficiency with time and attendance systems and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets (for data analysis and reporting) Exceptional accuracy and a meticulous approach to data entry and verification.
