**The Role**

**Our Sales Negotiators **work at the heart of our branch teams, developing daily business opportunities.

They're skilled communicators who bring a personal touch to work every day, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional level of service. Along the way, they effectively answer queries, confidently address issues and carry out all the detailed administration.

**Please be advised that the role is on full - time basis Monday to Friday with weekends availability**

If you’re a **Negotiator** with solid experience in property and ambitions to achieve even more, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed or alternatively you can be strong negotiator within the other background like sales and we can provide you full training for the role.

If you share our passion and purpose and have some experience in this area, we’ll help to make sure you have everything else you need to succeed.

In return for your hard work you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your basic salary with an excellent commission structure.

Please note - A driving licence is essential in consideration for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£21,000.00 per year
