**About the role**

As a Sales Executive at HR Connect, you will be part of a team selling our range of people services including HR, Payroll, Well-being, Recruitment, DBS and more This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand new sales team, who will work together to achieveresults KPIs and targets. As a team we focus on customers’ needs and provide solutions that address these. We like to build long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships, and we are looking for someone who has can do attitude that wants to learn newskills.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Market research - we need to understand the current market so we can identify selling opportunities and evaluate our customer needs
- Prospecting - a huge part of the role will be actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Meetings - set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their circumstances and needs
- Present to customers - prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Tailor these presentations and deliver them according to the customers unique style
- Use the companies CRM to manage your customers, ensure this is kept up to date so that we can support each other and collaborate on opportunities
- Exhibitions - participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions, seek out new customers and stay up to date with the market and our competitors
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of consultative selling
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Team player
- Strong networking experience
- Hungry for building networks and aligning our services to meet the customers’ needs
- Able to demonstrate empathy and deep understanding of prospects circumstances and needs
- Excellent listener
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about understanding customers
- Willingness to learn
- Driven by results
- Self-motivated
- Has the ability to think outside the box
- Full and clean UK driving license
