National Business Communications is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our customer base by engaging directly with potential clients at their premises. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and identify suitable customers, book in appointments and coordinate with our Sales Executives to secure the customer's time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential clients within assigned territories, presenting our services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of potential clients' needs, challenges, and business objectives through direct interactions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Shine Solar' products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Support, Marketing, and System Designers, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales activities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
