We work in partnership within Adults and Children's Services across this unique sector, having a comprehensive understanding of this challenging but highly rewardingprofession.This Local Authority are looking for a committed Social Worker to join their CWD team on a locum basis. They are focused on improving the health and happiness of children, young people and families by supporting them and making good change in anyway possible. This will be an initial 3 month contract however may be on a rolling basis thereafter.In Your New Role, You Will Be: Handling a caseload of 20 Identifying and assessing each individual child's level of need and address this appropriately Formpositive relationships with children and families involved Working collaboratively with colleagues Completing assessments within timescale Give evidence in court/ write court reportsTo be a Successful Candidate: Qualified Social Worker SWE Registered Experiencewithin a CWD team All applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.Social work can be challenging at times and here at Aurora Resourcing we are always here to support and guide you through each contract.
