Aurora Resourcing are recruiting frontline Qualified Social Workers to work within a safeguarding team in Warwickshire. We are looking for strong, experienced candidates who have worked with children in care and child protection. Are you looking for alocum role whilst between contracts? If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging position then this role may be for you.The duties: Work in a busy team and work with multiple complex caseloadsSupport and listen to the views of children and families Adhere to deadlines to ensure support is provided in a timely manner Provide documentation and written reports for court Conduct meetings with multi agencies Perform assessments for children and families.To be eligible you must be: SWE Registered with a strong experience of children and families Experienced managing multiple complex caseloads A sound understanding of legislation within the social care sector Experience with court work Have a good understandingof child protection, children in care and LAC A driver with access to your own vehicle.Rate and Info £ - Negotiable Mileage paid for all work trips Full induction and ongoing support 3-6 month contract initially Training opportunitiesWhy Aurora?Here at Aurorawe value your privacy and trust.
