Aurora Resourcing are recruiting Qualified Social Workers to work within a large an Adults Disabilities Team in Coventry. We are looking for strong, experienced candidates who have worked with adults with disabilities. Are you looking for a locum rolewhilst between contracts? If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging position then this role may be for you.The duties: Work in a busy team and work with multiple complex caseloads Supportand listen to the views of individuals who require your support Adhere to deadlines to ensure support is provided in a timely manner Ensure all documentation is documented and demonstrate strong communication skillsTo be eligible you must be: HCPC Registeredor equivalent Experienced managing multiple complex caseloads A strong understanding of working with individuals with complex needs and physical and learning disabilities A sound understanding of legislation within the sector such as the Care Act 2014 Fulldriver's licence with access to your own vehicle.Rate and Info Up to £35 per hour Business mileage paid for all work trips Homeworking Flexible working (3/4/5 days can be offered) 3-6 month contract initiallyWhy Aurora?Here at Aurora we value your privacyand trust.
