**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to cover maternity leave with an opportunity for a more permanent position.

Our helpdesk co-ordinators are self-motivated individuals who can multi-task, managing high volumes and a variety of work.

Key Tasks:

- Raising and allocating all planned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time.
- Responsible for all associated, administration, clerical, and telephone duties including electronic administration.
- Promptly completing all tasks, allowing for efficient transmission of information to the client.
- Assist in respect of procurement of resources and invoicing relative to delivery of all services.
- Responsible for the population, maintenance and timely reporting associated with the various databases.

Mandatory Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating in a fast-paced helpdesk environment.
- High levels of customer focus.
- You will be excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and highly organised.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail is a must.

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience working within the fire and security industry.
- Customer Services training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
