Are you ready to take the next step in your logistics career as a Fleet Coordinator?My client is one of the UK's leading logistics firms, known for delivering reliable transport and fleet services across the country. They are looking for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to join their fast-paced team, providing first-class support to HGV drivers and internal operations. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained, incidents are managed efficiently, and drivers receive the support they need. The role is a temporary position based in Appleton, Warrington and requires commitment until the end of the year, with the potential to turn into something more for the right candidate.What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator?Manage and liaise with maintenance suppliers regarding breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance of the fleetRespond to driver calls promptly, delivering excellent customer serviceTake ownership of individual incidents, liaising with accident management and operations teamsReport vehicle defects and respond to breakdownsEnsure suppliers meet agreed service levelsLiaise regularly with fleet managers, operations teams, drivers, account managers, contractors, and driver agenciesWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience within helpdesk, customer service, logistics, or fleet administration (similar roles: Fleet Administrator, Fleet Coordinator, Driver Line, Logistics Account Manager)Calm and confident under pressureExcellent communication and strong customer service skillsFull driving license and access to own transport due to locationExperience in logistics is desirable but not essentialWhat will you get in return for your work as a Fleet Coordinator?£Shift work on a 4on/4off basis across a rolling 7 day working week Monday to Sunday.
