**_Test Manager _**

A thriving global services company based within South Wales require an experienced Test Manager to take the lead a team of testers and test lead... You will provide direction, lead testing engagements with stakeholders (internal and customer) and managethe testing activities within the company. You will maintain the industry standards, and coach and share advice on best/new ways of working and where necessary recommend new processes to ensure testing is meeting customer needs in an effective way.

(Testing cycles include Unit, System, User Acceptance, Integration, Regression, Patch, Upgrade, Stress & Performance testing).

**_Experience Required _**
- Experience with management of testers
- Automation testing knowledge
- Experience with test strategy & planning
- Experience of system testing standards
- Experience in dealing/negotiating with senior stakeholders
- Ideally - Presentation skills, Project Management, Microsoft Excel & Word skills

**_Applicants must be within commutable distance of Swansea for weekly visits and must have right to work in UK as we do not offer sponsorship. _
