**We're seeking a Data Product Owner to join our growing Delivery Practice to support our clients in making the best use of their data to reshape and transform their products.**
- This role can be done remotely but with occasional travel to our office in Sunderland and to visit clients.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Support cross-functional, agile product development teams to develop and deliver features using agile methodologies (user stories, epics, sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc.)- Understand legal and compliance requirements around data usage, collection and sharing- Present data and insights in an easily consumable format for key client stakeholders with a focus on potential business actions, value, and impact.- Shape and support overall data design and development effort based on client specific needs- Plan and facilitate client workshops around client transformations, scope, and challenges.- You’ll promote the use of data and the need for data technologies, training, processes, and people as a key part of our clients’ strategic development.

**You’ll have**:
- The ability to act as an owner of the business requirements on numerous technical deliveries.- Experience of documenting detailed business level requirements and working with technical teams to refine these requirements.- The ability to make decisions and balance product requirements against implementation complexity.- Experience of structuring and sequencing the delivery of technology solutions against business benefits and known business value.- An understanding of technology delivery and the agile development lifecycle.A good grounding in agile software change practices, ideally in a data functionYou’ll have an interest in the latest trends and developments in technology and data in improving data utilization, consumption, and management.

**It would be nice if you have**:
- A background in developing data driven solutions including those using Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics.- A background in Data Science and Systems architecture and design with strong data engineering experience.- Some knowledge or experience of Artificial Intelligence.
