Job Role

As a Product Owner, you will lead the development and delivery of technology solutions that support the financial advisory and wealth management services. You will work cross-functionally and throughout the product life-cycle to define product vision, translate business needs into actionable development plans, manage priorities and backlog, and ensure successful execution aligned with strategic goal, including business roll out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories and requirements that guide development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather input and prioritise the product backlog.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring service quality, compliance, and integration.
- Support business rollout coordination, including training, communications, and change management.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in product design, especially around data handling and client interactions.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in Financial Services.
- Demonstrated track record of driving change through Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to work with data-driven insights and translate them into product decisions
- Self-directed and accountable
- Team focused
