Sunderland, United Kingdom Tombola Full time

Product Manager – Community 📍 Location: Sunderland (Hybrid)🕒 Contract: Permanent We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager to lead the development of tombola’s community and gamification features — think badges, streaks, achievements, leaderboards, and social connections that bring our players together. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how players connect, compete, and celebrate together. You’ll define the vision and roadmap that makes playing at tombola feel more social, rewarding, and personal — helping us on our journey to become the world’s biggest bingo brand. Working closely with design, engineering, CRO, and insights teams, you’ll take ideas from concept to delivery, turning player data and feedback into products that make a real difference. What you’ll be doing Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for tombola’s community and gamification features. Collaborate with insights and design teams to understand player motivations and behaviours. Partner with engineering and CRO to deliver scalable, measurable, and engaging new features. Translate player needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories. Use data and experimentation to measure impact and continuously improve engagement. Represent the community squad in leadership discussions, sharing progress and learnings. Keep safeplay, compliance, and player wellbeing at the heart of every decision. What we’re looking for Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a digital environment. Proven track record of delivering player or user engagement features. Strong understanding of gamification mechanics – badges, streaks, achievements, and leaderboards. Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify insights and turn them into product improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A creative, curious self-starter who loves solving problems and making things better for players. Why tombola? At tombola, we build all our own games — and we’re proud to do things differently. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where experimentation and innovation are encouraged, and where every idea is valued. Together, we’re shaping a more social, playful, and connected future for our players. #J-18808-Ljbffr
