**Your new role**
**What you will need to succeed**
- You will have experience of using social media channels and marketing tools while bring fresh and innovative ideas which we can share to wider audiences and potential talent pools to various external stakeholders.
- You will be able to manage multiple scheduled tasks while ensuring the content is professional and specific to our agreed recruitment marketing campaigns while interacting with people in a sensitive, professional and compassionate manner.
- Strong experience in using Google Analytics, usage of creative platform and design as well as other various systems such as; Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and other various social media marketing platforms.
- In addition to the above you must be confident and experienced in using IT systems including Microsoft 365 and WordPress.
**Desirable experience/qualifications**
- Relevant HND or degree in digital, communications or marketing-related discipline.
- Experience of working in a charity or a not-for-profit organisation.
- Basic video and photography experience.
- Ability to innovate, create and produce marketing social media material
- Identify potential talent sources/groups/audiences via social media platforms and monitor following
- Basic design experience, e.g. creating infographics.
- Articulate, with a creative flair both in writing and in the generating of ideas.
