**Can you tell our story?**

Can you provide successful examples of writing for the Customer and examples of writing for Search?

As a key member of the Digital Team, this role is responsible for creating and managing the digital content that delivers for both Teleta Pharma, and our customers.

You will work closely with our Digital, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to develop communication strategies, produce high quality copy, delivered through the most effective channels and maximise the impact of our campaigns across a number of media touch points

**What you will be doing**:

- Create written content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms
- You will optimise messaging through clear understanding of our commercial and customer objectives
- You will optimize our message for search engines through a technical understanding of SEO
- Utilizing Analytics, monitor the effectiveness of your content and support customer and commercial objectives.
- Work with various stakeholders to generate high quality experiences that meet objectives. Review, gather feedback to revise and improve.
**Why we want you to apply**:

- Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Content Production
- Understanding of and experience with Wordpress or other CMS solutions
- Understanding of Technical SEO but more importantly how to optimise content for SEO
- Understanding and experience in the of using digital marketing channels with a focus on Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of the importance of brand management/reputation
- Able to communicate and work well with all kinds of individuals and teams
- Experience with outsource management
