In addition to our Unineed retail business, we offer an 'end to end' solution to help local traditional retailers/brands transform to digital based international retailers, by building and marketing their international websites or selling through Unineed websites.

We aim to become the industrial leader for cross-border ecommerce in the next 10 years and become a global leader in the next 20 years, to help brands, retailers and manufactures expanding on the oversea market through digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Video Content Creator to assist our marketing team. You will be responsible for our online TikTok campaigns and will be the new face of Unineed profile. You will also look after our other social media platforms. Creativity and enthusiasm are must
- Research and brainstorm creative content ideas, presenting in video shoots alongside the Social Media Assistant on video creation (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube)
- Assist with day-to-day TikTok store management including new products uploading, stock management, shipping time management, targeted plan management and product reviews management
- Assist with code creation including setting and testing
- Compose and maintain a strategic plan regarding content, to ensure continuity of brand and message
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 1-2 years experience of digital marketing is preferred
- You must be data driven and have strong data analytical skills
- Comfortable with the camera - be able to present in videos in a confident, engaging, personable, relatable, passionate and inspiring manner
- Creativity and innovation
- Interested in the content creation of TikTok and Instagram
- You need to be a people person to fit into the company culture and team
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills with IT team and Digital Marketing team
- Ability to read, analyse and report to a high level
- Proficient in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
