Ecommerce Digital Content Lead

Reports to: Ecommerce Manager

Location: Glasgow, office based

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview

This is a new and exciting opportunity to support an innovative ecommerce team and further enhance your existing experience in a successful well-known brand.

Could you be who we are looking for?
- Do you have a passion for marketing, particularly within ecommerce and looking to use your skills and expertise to grow established outdoor brands?
- Do you come from a creative background, do you have experience with photography and/or digital design?
- Have you a track record in delivering engaging digital content that helps to improve funnel conversion?
- Do you have proven experience of working with digital & development specialists to support conversion rate optimisation programmes?
- Do you have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud?
- Are you a strong communicator with the ability to influence both verbally and written?
- Are you a highly goal-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills?

What does a typical day sound like?
- Overseeing the digital design calendar and ensuring that design work upholds the agreed visual standards.
- Developing brand guidelines for the ecommerce digital team to ensure there are clear working practices and standards when delivering digital content.
- Co-ordinating the workload of the ecommerce digital marketing team providing specialist guidance around content selection
- Providing guidance and direction to the photography and digital team in relation to digital imagery for ecommerce channels and marketplaces.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Working with the development team product owner to understand development changes and improvements.
- Tracking usability goals & digital trends and preparing digital reports for senior management.
